didnt hold liquid in diaper much but will come out by leg not good tape hold on diaper keep coming off

I recently purchased briefs. First they sent the wrong size. That was easy enough to deal with. They very promptly sent the correct size and e-mailed the return label and instructions. I am not happy with the item itself. They are very difficult to tighten properly. My husband is still semi-mobile and he was not able to remove them and refasten them on his own. I did like the absorbency but if they don't stay on that is not much help. The pads that I have purchased on the other hand exceeded my expectations.

I am not very satisfied with the service because I ordered Depends for men, the receipt verifies that, and I received Depends for women.

Paid additional for 2-3 day USPS Priority Delivery service. Order label created on the 18th, however package not delivered until the 22nd (4 days). These were urgently needed medical incontinence supplies for my father-in-law. Very disappointing to pay for premium service not fulfilled.

Ordering is easy. Product is always available. Happy with product. Completely unhappy with shipping. I probably will not order again due to issues with shipping provider. This last item was the worst shipping. My order arrived in fortworth, texas. Instead of it arriving in San antonio at the end of the week it was then taken to colorado. I should have received on Friday Nov 29th. I ordered on 24th. The shipper is now telling me I might receive on Dec 2 or 3. I understand u have no control over the shipper but they have forced me to reconsider purchasing from you due to constant issues with shipping. I may chose tofind a shipper in my state. My child really needed these supplies. This has many issues for my family and extra expense. Worst shipping issues ever.

The scale I received, the box the scale was in had been opened, there was scratch on face of scale, a slight blue mark on bottom, and the scale kept going on and off. Sent back scale, and I am awaiting my credit.
