I placed my order on Thursday early in the morning (around 1am est) and it was not shipped until Friday night. This caused my package to arrive a day late and I had to drive 20 minutes each way to pick it up at a FedEx center. Considering I had payed around $38 extra for 2nd day air and due to their deceptive business practices it arrived on Tuesday instead on Monday this is unacceptable. I will never be purchasing from this site again that's for sure. Update: Did you even read what I wrote? I did request it be held at location. I had to because NorthShore Care Supply shipped it from their location two days later instead of the promised next day shipping. This caused it to be a day late and since I was not going to be home I had to pick it up at location. Considering I had paid extra to receive the package on time this cost me money not only for the drive time but also the expedited shipping. I highly suggest you either remove the Next Day Shipping guarantee from your site or at least provide it as you claim.

Received a sofa cover and when I tried to make it fit my sofa realised that was not going to be the case I called and asked to return it and was told I could not because it was opened. How else was I going to see if it would fit my sofa I had measured already and measurements seemed OK. I can see having this rule if it is something used on the body but on a sofa give me a break. It's on my charge and that has not been paid yet.

My online order that I have been doing for several years now was doubled! Somehow the computer doubled my order. As a Single Mom, I live on a razor sharp budget. I called customer service and they said there wasn't anything that could be done. "Boxes already on the truck" "Best you can do is refuse one of the boxes when it is delivered." I had to miss work to wait for the FEDEX truck. I cancelled the box last Saturday. It has been sent back to Northshore. Guess what? There has been no credit applied. I did exactly as I was toid. I WILL NEVER EVER USE NORTHSHORE AGAIN. I was a very loyal long term customer.

I am a new customer and I ordered my products, and talked to CS about Saturday delivery, they were unsure and would contact me back the next day.. after no response I contacted them again and they said my billing info was incorrect and I was refunded my money and sent to the FRAUD dept. Yes I used a Prepaid card.. that way I don't give out my personal account numbers. I entered in the wrong billing info, but instead of contacting me before they went their route and let me know of my error and let me fix/explain, they throw my business away and tell me sorry and to try again when my $89 gets free'd up from the refund. Nice way to be treated by a company, especially one with high CS marks. ------UPDATE-------- CS does not care if your money is tied up or if they even refund you. Beware of this company. If nothing shows up soon then I am going to start with disputing the charge.

The 1st time I ordered at North Shore, I recently really wonderful Customer Service. The 2nd. time I called to place an order, when I received my items, they were in the wrong size. Since the 1st Customer Service rep gave me really good service, I wanted to speak with her again, I was told that she was in a meeting, and I could leave a voice mail. Well, I never got a call back, the next day, I called, and I was told that she doesnt check her messages. So, why give me her voice mail? I was disappointed, I asked for a return label, and, I'll just take my business elsewhere. Customer Service means a lot to me, if Im not treated like a I matter, I will take my business elsewhere!!

I highly doubt I will buy from here again. The prices I thought were way to high and was not up to my expectations of the level of service they so commend themselves on. I can go to other businesses and get the same product cheaper and with free shipping. Which to me is what I look for, especially when it comes to buying adult diapers. So I just want to say that i'm very unimpressed with north shore care supply!
