The samples arrived on schedule, but were far too large. I think the pull-up style might work, but only if there's something more protective than depends maximum.

Briefs would not stay up. Product arrived in a timely manner, shipping was expensive. Since I ordered briefs instead of pull-ups, I would have to pay to return them. Probably won't order from Northshore again.

These diapers do not fit me nearly as well as others that I have tried. I wear a size medium and they seem a little short in length. They seem absorbent enough, but find them quite stiff...not comfortable. Since I started this review, I have now tried the Go Supreme pull up briefs, and find them very good. I'm not a fan of all the elastic often found in pull up diapers, so that would be the one complaint. The service at Northshore is wonderful. Everyone I communicated with was very helpful, and the service was prompt.

I contacted NorthShore with a question via email. I have had no response and it has been two days. Supposedly, they have all these options to help you, but they won't answer their email. I like product I ordered, but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired, therefore, I rated them only a 3.

Your web site and delivery are good. What I would like to happen is I am trying to find the correct size for diapers, and I can't buy just one to see if it fits, so I have to spend a lot of money for 8 or 10 and then open and don't fit and have to give to charity or throw away . I still am looking for correct size and hope the ones I just ordered will please fit. Thank you. Teresa
