I purchased my first pack of these a couple weeks ago and I was very dissappointed. The diapers a very stiff and difficult to move in. They don'the keep you very dry and the cloth outside gets wet as well. Feels like wet cardboard between your legs. I won't be purchasing again.

I just bought a new chair and couch for my living room. My cocker spaniel can be tough on my furniture - dirty paws, dog hair, chewing treats like a Denta Stix. I refuse to keep my dog off my furniture because she is my family. I ordered the waterproof covers for both furniture pieces. The two covers came to a total of $179.00 - not cheap. I think the covers are a good quality. What I am very disappointed with is.....the covers are a bit oversized for my average size furniture so they don't have a nice fit. Additionally, the covers are very slippery and end up moving so much they look very messy. There aren't any straps to help keep the covers in place. I thought Sure-Fit was a trusted name and good product; however, I'm very sorry I ordered these items and will not do it again.

Each time I place an order, I ask that you give FedEx the following instructions: Leave the parcel at the back door, not on the driveway where it is unprotected. So far, it continues to be left out in the open on the driveway. Once this winter it was covered with 20 inches of snow. Another time it was frozen on the driveway and had to be scraped off. Why can't I have this problem resolved?

I had hoped for urinary pads with more absorbency. What I received was a very long and very thin pad.

Disappointed. For overnight protection lacks absorbency. Leakage always occurs after only 2 - 3 hrs. Need pull up for easier handling as a caregiver. As an overnight product it does not work for a male person. Sides, front and back along with center protection in a pull up would be perfect. Sorry I bought a case. Will not reorder.

I found their website to be confusing when it comes to shipping. I paid $85 to have my supplies shipped 2 to 3 days. They came 7 days later. When my wife called to ask why they said that the $14 shipping would have gotten there earlier. Why they even offer 2 to 3 day shipping is beyond me. However the customer service was somewhat sympathetic and refunded $40 of the 85 charge for shipping.

Shipping was great, the product not so great. product needs some type of attachment to chair also needs better description on website. The product works but I feel it is over priced for what you get. I am somewhat disappointed and will probably not purchase anything from here again
