Northshore is an extremely helpful, easy to work with company. They have an excellet. Selection of products, and their staff is kind, helpful, and courteous. Unfortunately, the shipping options (via FedEx) are a bit limited. I attempted to use the FedEx hold at location feature and it took me four extra days to receive my shipment, which meant I was literally down to my last pair of protective underwear by the time I was done. I would recommend allowing for a larger range of shipping options, such as a choice between UPS, FedEx, and US Postal service and allowing customers to choose what works best for them in their area. Overall, Northshore is a great place to buy your incontinence products!
