Excellent service, high shipping fees

I love this company! Fast service and good customer service people.
NorthShore Care is dependable so easy to access. Orders arrive very quickly. My mom is 92 years old, living in an assisted living facility. I order for her and within 2 days, she has her products delivered, without fail. Love this company!

Lousy shipping service
Fed Ex delivered by package to the wrong address. I was told they would pick it up on Friday 8/9 and deliver it to me on Saturday 8/10. No delivery. I called Fed Ex again and was told I would have it Monday. Guess what? No Delivery. Now I'm told Tuesday 8/11. Perhaps you should use UPS. I have never had a package get lost with UPS.

I couldn't believe how quickly the product arrived at my door!
