On vacation took 2 packages with me to Ogunquit Maine & underwear marked L not. XL as I had ordered

I was an inquiring new customer. The sales lady would not listen to my needs and thus shipped me expensive stuff I had no use for.

Ships all orders placed by 5 is not 100% accurate.

When I ordered supplies from this company for my mother, I had no problems. When I ordered supplies for my aunt in Florida, I had no problems. When my aunt ordered supplies we both had a problem. North Shore Care Supply billed my credit card for my aunt's supplies instead of billing it to my aunt. I called up when I saw the confirmation for her order billed to me. A lovely woman answered the phone and said she would follow up on this discrepancy. I said I wouldn't pay for an order I did not request. When my aunt's son, my cousin, visited my aunt (his mother), he noticed the problem and called North Shore Care Supply to make sure the cost would be removed from my credit card and placed on the correct one, the card belonging from my aunt. This problem should not have happened in the first place.

I'm disappointed with swim diapers, no absorbent padding on sides of diaper.

I have been ordered products for my Aunt for several months. The products are good. I receive notifications when the order is ready to ship, which is also very convenient, as I can send notification to my Aunt's care givers. Your customer service needs improvement! I have attempted to call to place my order and receive very little assistance and poor communication skills, the last person I spoke with was someone named Lisa. Her phone skills gave me caused to shop at another location. If I couldn't order on line, you wouldn't have my business.

Northshore is a great company, however I am disappointed with the sizing of the Medium Supreme Brief. At a size 36/37 waist I fall between sizes and based on that was recommended to try the Medium brief. Unfortunately the Mediums did not fit based on the length of the diaper therefore the product was useless for me. If you are around the same size I would steer towards the Large size.
