Apparently the fault lies with Google wallet, so I'm not sure I can place any blame on Northshore, but I placed an order, and then went two weeks without hearing anything. I assumed the package had been sent, but finally contacted them and found they hadn't even received my order. A few days after that, the package was sent, and I received it, as if the order had been placed 2 weeks after it was. product is good quality, and packaging was great.

I use Northshore to buy Mothers 3xl tranquility Highrise Bariatric Diapers and Pads since I can't find them any wear else. I also wear Diapers, I like the Dry-24/7 Diapers and the Abena Xl X-plus Diapers with the plastic backing, I do not like the cloth style backing with the exceptions of the Abena Air Plus diapers, now those hold up well however it does not mater to much if it is plastic or cloth, I still have to use packing tape to keep my diapers snug and preventssagging. I do like Northshore's biggest Diaper booster pads, I think they work much better then the Abena Maxi diaper boosters, I think Abenas Maxi boosters are good if you need just a little more absorbency but the Booster pads I get from Northshore are basically another diaper without the wings and tapes and no protective backing, it lets the moisture pass through to the other diaper.

I ordered and received exactly the product I wanted and needed. It arrived fairly quickly, but I ended up with messages saying FedEx had tried to deliver and couldn't, I would need to print a form and go to a post office. I received another message saying they would try again to deliver. Someone was home all day the day they say they tried to deliver. I did nothing, and the product arrived the next Monday.

The one negative comment that I would make is that your order fillers could use their heads a little bit better. I ordered 2 bath tub safety handles. They came with 2 different colors for the levers that you use to put the handles in place. I think a sensible person would try to match up the colors so they would be the same and coordinate.

Northsore Care Supply has been a great business! My product is always on time and the supplies are always available!
