I am very satisfied with the pull ups I ordered but for some reason my order did not ship in a timely manner. Your company did finally send my order and DID NOT CHARGE ME SHIPPING which was very much appreciated!

I received everything that I ordered sooner than I expected. I just wish that they would have had the Ultra Thin Moderate Regular length pads. I do plan to order again in the future, maybe they'll have them then.

The products and prices are great . The problem I had was on a week end when I was "talked into" buying extra large boosters for a person who wears small diaper pants. The pads might be the most absorbant but if they don't fit well in his pants that's a problem. We buy 3 cases at a time so that leaves us with a lot of "uncomfortable" product.

was forced to purchase this mat for my kindergartener, although we already had a different roll-up kind that we have loved for years, the teacher insisted "for storage reasons" (the one we had was smaller when stored so that doesn't make any sense.) the local stores were sold out of mats. ordered this online. easy to order. came in mail very quickly. seems to be good quality. time will tell if it will last. wish it had been cheaper, especially since it's only for one year.
