Great products, great service, quick service, but expensive shipping.

The Gary pants are what attracted me to North Shore and so far the product is excellent.

I'm pleased with product and service. I would however, like a discount on some regular basis as I order from you quite often.

The only reason I don't buy all my incontinence needs at NorthShore is because of the higher prices and shipping costs. A valued customer and discounts would be nice, I do like the ounce capacity feature which makes choosing an appropriate diaper and pads an easier choice.

NorthShore has a good product, but there have been problems with the orders in the past two months. We get emails telling us to order by email, yet for several years I have been getting the products at the same time of the month, without having to call or order each month. I have ordered 6 packages for years, this month I got two packages. After I called and reported the mistake more were immediately on the way. Good company, but something has changed in the past two or three months.

Did some Web searching to find product I need (size Small) and found what I wanted at North Shore. Product fits well.

The nap pads were shipped, and arrived far more quickly than I expected. The size and quality are good, and I'm hoping they'll last well.
