This company strives to keep there customers happy! They are willing to go far and beyond there limits to make sure the customer is first! There prices are very affordable and frame day shipping. They're will to talk to you about your comfort level of diapers. They also send samples for FREE unlike most other companies but that's how they got my business. They've been nothing but fair and good to me throughout my whole experience. I'll continue to order and refer NorthShore medical to anyone! I have cerebral palsy and therefore have no control. These products are wonderful and very absorbent. I would highly recommend this company and am glad I found them. In my experience, word-of-mouth from our community is wonderful. Very prompt fast delivery even throughout the holidays, I would do business with this company again, order came in a cardboard box with no markings showing the content, very important to me!

I really appreciated the help I received with choosing the right product. My intention was to order one product, but in listening to the issue I was having, a different brief was recommended. I was asked several questions, including my husband's waist measurement, and the brief sample I received did better than any. Not perfect, so I'll be ordering the boosters pads. The person who assisted me knew the product and cared about the customer.
