It would be nice if the diapers were thick as baby and toddler diapers, or much thicker and come folded into halves, instead of thirds. If you get a chance, would you kindly please look into having a machine folding it into halves like baby and toddler diapers, instead of thirds? Some people need it to wear to sleep. Thank you!

Thank you for always sending out your specials by way of email. The products you offer are high quality and fit well. I especially like the body wash/shampoo that I purchased this last time. It smells good and doesn't have to be rinsed off. The spray bottle will also come in handy.

Otherwise, you will wait days to have it. I have a dog that is incontinent from being ill and on medicaiion. I really needed this item to protect my mattress as he sleeps on the bed...I tracked the package on the day it was supposed to arrive and it said it was 5 days away from delivery. I was very upset, as I was told I would have it in 2 days from ordering day. I called customer service once I tracked the shipment & they were very concerned and helpful. They waived the shipping and sent me some disposable bed pads at no cost. I finally got the order yesterday and am happy with the product. SO! Make sure they ship your order UPS or FedEx Ground only!

I wish they'd offer more online coupons. These items aren't the least expensive, and I believe they could do more to help save us some money, as other companies do. Granted - They have great Customer Service, but I don't think it's worth 20-25% more. I can get all my needs filled here, rather than a couple/few different places, but still......... Help us out, folks - you buy in bulk for crying out loud. Pass on some savings!
