Have not received order yet but so far excellent

I have to wear this adult diapers every day - there's nothing I can do after surgery and pills and all other kinds of stuff. Thank God for Depends. Also, thank God for Northernshore Care Supply. They bring them to my door - they bring them soon and they get the order right! It's bad enough to even need these things, but I'm so glad I have someone I can count on while I'm in this mess. Wish their website was a bit easier. The site was written by a 25 year old for a 78 year old woman. The company needs some people who are older and actually wearing Depends to help the customers negotiate this site. However, that's the only complaint I have.

I went onto your website looking for a 23/36 pad for my little doggie but I couldn't find them. What I bought will do buy the other pads are better. Thanks.

I can find & quickly order exactly what I need. I like Northshore's big selection & I've always received orders with no problems.

This is my third order of the Champion Washable Underpad, Tartan Plain, small. Washes well and fits nicely in the wheelchair seat. I wanted to order two sets of pads, but the order site would not let me do so. I went back three times to revise the number of pad sets ordered, and each time it ended up just one set, so one set it was this time.
