Easy to order from the web site...excellent products

This store has a great variety of items and many items we have not found other places! We tried one level of protection in adult undergarments and were able to move up to a higher level without going to the maximum protection. When I phoned, the woman to whom I spoke sounded a little impatient (alert - "brief" in an adult undergarment is more like what I think of as a "diaper" - open and fastens at the side...I did not know this when I ordered the first time). But, I ended up satisfied, which is all that matters in the end! : )

I use NorthShore for special products that are not available in my area. They always ship promptly. Reordering is easy from the "My Account" page. I do wish they would offer reduced or free shipping for large orders.

Service shipping excellent product feels too wet and wakes up my son. Also doesn't fit well at top of leg
