Fast service but you are the only ones I have to pay shipping over $50 on average the other companies are a few dollars cheaper on $110 order and $15 cheaper because I have no shipping. But your standard shipping shows up the next day. So when I use you it's purely lack of planning

Your web site left me hanging, unable to complete my purchase. I turned to the phone and was very well served - got the products I wanted, which were delivered as promised.

I like the bibs, but the first time I washed one of them, one of the snaps broke.

The last time I ordered the identical items, it was thru Amazon and I paid no shipping charges. Don't know why I was transferred directly to your site and paid shipping charges this time. Other than that, the service was excellent.

Good products but slow shipping. Usually use hpfy.com due to their cheap prices, cashback rewards, and quick and free shipping (usually within two days.) Northshore has much better line of products. But for a couple of days my order was "on hold.' Finally I emailed them and they said it was because my billing address didn't match the card (which has never been an issue on any other websites once the transaction had processed.) It was only once I emailed inquiring about this that they had verified the card and released the hold. Been over a week and products still haven't arrived but according to tracking info I should have them tomorrow. Unsure if this has to do with it being FedEx ground as opposed to USPS that I usually use. Put in a promo code for free shipping but I wasn't going to pay the extra $60.00+ for two day shipping. Not sure if shipping is usually free or not with this website. If it is I would use it again. Otherwise, a little too pricey for the wait. Again though, if you need good products and are willing to wait, I would recommend this website.
