I ordered Adult diapers for my 89 year old father who has Parkinson. He had been wearing Depends, but I thought they were snug on him. The Adult diapers I ordered do not work very good. The padding is not as good as depends and the sides were cut up too high so he was always wet, especially at night. Too bad because I ordered a case. We have gone back to the Depends.

The order Northshore wants me to rate I never received. Gave special instructions to have the Fed-ex call when arrived to gain access. They have come here at least twice and left paper messages while I was waiting patiently for their call.

I ordered online and was never notified item was out of stock until I called today I ran out of diapers very disappointed I trusted that order

The material is not as heavy as I would have expected. If it were better quality material it would stay in place better.

I bought this for my dad thinking it has better absorbency but it disappointed, his urine and everything leaked.

The product is fair, but the carton arrived badly damaged and open around some of perimeter. I have spoken to North Shore about this problem upon placing an order, but to no avail.

The product came crushed but not opened. The shipping package was broken the tape was broken open or cut. One could easily remove the product from the shipping package. Damage to the shipping package was extensive. No friction with seller.

I called the company and asked if there was a coupon code. The lady was rather rude and said there was not. Why is there a spot to put in a code if there is not a code? Shipping on my $80 order was $14. A few feather light bed pads.
