My husband is able to use and be comfortable in this product. However, I think there should be free shipping when you spend a certain about of money!!!

NorthShore Care Supply, always has my back. The website is easy to use and they are always well stocked. Shipping is timely and products are competitively priced.

The only glitch was that somehow my moms address was partially incorrect; I called Northshore and they were supposed to tell FedX.. Not sure if they did. But mom got her stuff so no problem! I would definitely order from them again--they have the products I was looking for and it was a great website.

Impossible to place an order by internet. So I order by land line.

Would have given 5 stars if estimated delivery included time of day.

When I received the email that my package from you had been delivered on Friday - it had not, someone was home all day. I called Fed Ex tracking customer service and they were slow and are not open on Monday for follow up. My package was delivered to the wrong address - Livsey Drive rather than Livsey Trail. The woman who brought it to me said she gets others peoples packages all the time. My rating would be a 5 for NorthShore Care Supply itself, but the customer experience is the whole experience from ordering to receiving and using the products. Thank you.
