I am very frequent customer and should get free shipping!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Friendly and ordering is somewhat easy but delivery takes a very long time. It seems the orders are not processed in a timely manner. It takes two weeks, or more, to receive the order so plan way ahead.

There was an error in my order--my fault- and confusion about pricing and shipping costs if products are ordered by telephone, online at the company website or online at Amazon.com, where there is a lower price and free shipping for the same order if bought directly from the company. I called and asked if I could return what I had purchased in error and substitute what I had meant to order. I was IMMEDIATELY sent an email to return the unopened packages by FedEx, using a free return label provided as a courtesy. I was told I will receive what I had wanted in the first place, once my return is processed. I will try to order what I want from North Shore through Amazon. com with my free shipping, unless the company can provide what I want with free shipping. Incontinence products are extremely expensive and various companies offering the same products have vastly different pricing and shipping schemes, so North Shore's help was greatly appreciated.

Booster pads work well, just like the web site said they would. The only problem I had was with the shipping costs. Other places i have ordered from waive the shipping costs or have a base shipping costs. As I was adding things to my cart, the shipping cost kept going up, up, up with each item I selected.

These are comfortable, but I have tried 2 different sizes and the overnights and they all leak around the legs.

Shipment and delivery were done within the parameters told prior to ordering. Nice to have a spot to pick up items not normally found in local stores. Cost not what would be found in retail stores, but overall availability and selection overshadows that problem.

I think the service is fast and accurate. I spend a lot because I am totally incontinent. Wish they would give some discounts out now and then, then I would give 5 stars.
