As a first time customer, I placed my order online. The only 'reasonable' shipping option was to use UPS Ground. All other options were well over $100 - for shipping - Crazy! I ordered directly from NorthShore, rather than paying nearly $2.00 more from Amazon for the same product / estimated shipping time. Shipping from ILLINOIS to CALIFORNIA took 5-7 business days, which is to be expected. Upon receiving the much needed product, I was excited to open the box of this first order, only to find a case containing the WRONG SIZE! I ordered a case of XL2 ( Size XL - Level 2 Absorbancy ), and received a case of M1 ( Size Med. - Level 1 Absorbancy ). I reviewed my invoice to make sure I did not order in error, and the invoice showed exactly what I needed, and ordered. I immediately called Customer Service and spoke with Deb, who apologized and ordered a FedEx pick-up of the product sent in error, and sent out the correct item ordered, which she 'rushed' to me and which I received the next day. She was professional and very sorry for the inconvenience. This transaction proved: Pro: Deb provided me with Great Customer Service. Con: Went an extra day without much needed product My time and inconvenience in needing to correct the problem My time, paper, ink - in printing a return authorization to be included in the box My time and tape in repackaging the box, ready for FedEx pick-up Where was the '" Quality Control - Inspected By " Team??? Perhaps they need to add such a Department / Team to ensure proper delivery of items ordered. Bottom line... I will give NorthShore another chance when needing to reorder, or needing another product NorthShore carries, after price comparison. If any other problems arise, I will leave appropriate feedback and find another provider. Thank you!

The lady sho so graciously helped me on the phone was very kind and informed. I really appreciated her help very much!!!! Unfortunately the diapers we received are too small. I told the clerk that the patients hip measurement was 34". The "SMALL" Tranquility overnight Premium diaper is too tight, but I already opened the package so will just have to order a medium size. Thanks you

good fast shipment of products ordered, had them the following day. The products I ordered are fine and fit my needs ok.

I use this company to order products for my mother. Due to her large size, it has difficult in the past to find products that were large enough for her. Northshore has more options and good products.
