The pads are strong enough to move a person by moving the pad. They allow air transfer on the low air loss mattress. They keep liquid from soaking through. But they are so expensive, we can hardly keep buying them. Maybe they should be covered by Medicare since they are for therapeutic use.

NorthShore Products are not always available in another store and if they are, the size is never quite right. The items I have purchase from Northshore fit well and do what they are advertised to do. I also appreciate the prompt schedule in getting my items to me.

The adult papmers were less than satisfactory they leaked and were too big for my mom.

You carry my size xxx, but in the last 2 orders 5 briefs did not have fastener on the left side. I can't afford to have this happen as you are the only ones that carry my size. Other than that I am please with the briefs.

What does a "live expert" do? I called numerous times for advice on sizing and got to talk to a pleasant order taker but didn't feel I talked with anyone who had knowledge or experience about sizing concerns. They were familiar with the descriptions on line. I had to try numerous sizes before I found what worked for me. I'm wearing a size smaller than the chart calls for, for the gary wear diaper covers. It keeps the diaper in place and works better to prevent leaks than the larger size.
