This order was actually a revisit, since my first order was incorrectly filled out. However, this one was filled out correctly and the staff was immediate with their assistance.

I bought the Flex Supreme underwear & gave it a lot of abuse, first of all by retiring early (to alleviate the pain of sitting in the wheelchair), and so making the time factor at least 10 hours. Then I do lots of shifting and rolling around in bed. So I get a little leakage and must give the product 4 stars (though normal use could warrant 5 stars). But the customer service is top drawer and merits 5 stars, for sure. When I combine the factors I get 4 1/2 stars overall.

Products are far better than I could have imagined, shipping is fast and accurate, the website is easy to navigate, prices are super reasonable. Only complaint is shipping gets a bit expensive. Most businesses do free shipping now.

Have a little problem removing and reordering.

I have never had a issue with the products. The pads I use fit briefs mostly just fine, sometime they do slid down. If I get the larger size then they are too big. Overall I am happy with Northshore's products.

Need to be more careful on inventory availability of certain items. Web site is great, this time though, one of the items I ordered was not available in the extra large size so I had to order the large. Not happy about that. Otherwise it's great. This may be unfair but it only takes the one time you cannot get what you're looking for to disappoint.

Very customer friendly ordering procedure, plus excellent shipping/delivery. Excellent product; will continue to order from this company.
