Very pleased with product. Unsatisfied with shipping charges. Your charge for shipping a 5-pound box is out of the ballpark. The US Post Office said they would ship a 5lb box for less than $5. Was told your contract with the US Post Office was going to charge 15 plus dollars. I had to ship with your carrier and had no choice.

The diapers are OK, but they were a little too short front to back for me. would like if they told you the length of the diaper on the website, but they don't. The Gary wear diaper cover I bought holds a little amount of leaks, but when I sat down today, the diaper squished out some of the pee and when I got up it went through the elastic leg part of the diaper cover and on to the back of my pants. The diaper cover fits really snug to my legs so much in which it got itchy. the top elastic is looser on me but still works.

Somehow a 6 figure amount appeared on my credit card from NorthShore, the amount was declined by the card company. I called NorthShore to see if they had any record of putting through a figure like that. The person I spoke to said there was no indication of it, however, I couldn't seem to get someone to further investigate who or how such a number was put through from NorthShore to my account. Is it possible that your system was hacked? I don't order on-line anymore for that very reason. My husband likes your products, so we will continue to order, but I don't want to have to deal with a situation like this again.

It was fast shipping however the package has slight rips/tears in packaging with mild effect on the product.

I recently ordered some supplies and they were supposed to be shipped on a Thursday and arrive Saturday. They weren't shipped till Monday and arrived on Wednesday. I inquired about the delay and was told I didn't place the order till Monday which wasn't true and then told it was a computer error. I don't believe they told me the truth. All they had to say it was a screw up and the person taking the order messed up. At least they could have 'comped' me the shipping fee.

My last package had several pads (the w(ole top row) that were inferior. One side did not have the “elastic” on one side and the adhesive was not sticky enough. I had to tape the pad to keep it in place. Very disappointed in this shipment.
