I did not know that the items I ordered were not in stock until I opened the box. I still don't know when the back order items will be shipped to me. If I did not need them I would not have ordered them.

The site is good inthat it provides needed information on products. But it doesn't make the info easy to access or to compare. Delivery absolutely sucks. I still haven't gotten my order. It literally took WEEKS for my supplies to arrive. I'll go elsewhere.

Not good for pets.. It doesn't stay in place.. For the ridiculous price it isn't worth it.

I am incontinent of bowel and bladder. I am very particular of about the fitting of my diapers and unfortunately for these diapers they don't fit well. The absorbency however is very nice. The comfort of the diaper was not very comfy at all. I felt like I was sitting on a rock. When I changed and took the tabs off the plastic came off with the tabs. All in all these diapers are poor. But with some adjustments in sure they could be better.

Got them for a 110 pound woman and they were so small more like a child size than a adult. I would get a medium .

Being unfamiliar with NorthShore and its products it was difficult to determine which product was best suited for my needs. I chose the wrong one. When I ask about other products I received an email with an access address that provided no more information than I had previously received.

we ordered a case of latex exam gloves (10 boxes of 100, size medium) we received 8 boxes medium, 1 large and 1 extra large. This is not the first time the order was incorrect

The sofa cover is thin and stiffer than expected (think those heavy plastic outdoor table cloths). It's not visually appealing either in terms of color, pattern, or fit. Not sure if waterproof as my cat has not yet peed on it (which is the main reason I bought it.) After 15 minutes sitting on it, it's all crumpled up.
