Gutter were left full on shingles and nails. Also I step on a nail left in the yard and had to go to the Care spot for a shot.

I apologize that you had such an experience with us and would like to let you know that we have changed project managers since your build and are working hard to improve site cleanup.

Management and customer service was very responsive. However there were issues with billing that took a while to get fixed. There was issues with the crew that came out to perform the work, not that they did a bad job but they put a vent in different area from where they were supposed to be and even when I went up there and showed them where it was supposed to go they still putt it in the wrong place. This is an issue when you hire people that don't speak English very well. Now that place they originally put the vent appears to be leaking.

I am very please with the work done on my roof. Quick, and very respectable workers. I would definitely recommend North Florda Roofing to my family and friends.
