Great Customer Service!

Jim was our driver, he did great. conditions were very difficult. toilet freezes in the winter

I have been a Northfield Lines customer for many years, using them for both personal and professional events on a wide variety of occasions. I have never been disappointed. Everyone and everything connected with the company, from Pam in Sales to the various drivers we have had, especially Gary who has driven for our annual holiday party the past few years, are truly outstanding and do whatever is needed to make certain that everything goes well and on-time. The equipment, whether a smaller vehicle or a full-size coach, are always spotlessly clean and in top condition. Their prices are very competitive as well, but I wouldn't even consider trying to save a few bucks by going somewhere else; it just wouldn't be worth it.

Staff was easy to work with. Very professional. Chartered a coach bus for our daughters wedding to transport guests to and from our venue. Driver was prompt and professional. Stuck to our predetermined schedule. Would highly recommend.

Excellent experience with the scheduling process as well as timeliness with drivers. Professionalism from start to finish. My company will not use another bus line.

Dan, our driver, was professional and punctual
