I really loved the banners and the service of the company. I considered rating 4 stars because I requested that the banners would have grommets and instead the ones I received had pole pockets. I found a way to make them work anyway, but it was somewhat of an annoyance to have to do so. But I'll still give 5 stars because their product is fantastic and I will definitely order from them again.

Thanks for the review and for bringing this to our attention, Kage. We're glad you were able to make the pole pockets work and we will make sure to make sure your future orders have the correct finishings.

Rose Massey is a true ASSET to your company. Her professionalism, kindness, and patience made a difficult job okay. Even as the end client dragged their feet in get artwork for the banner, Rose kept it cool and assured me the job would be done and on time. AND IT WAS!!!!
