We ordered a custom mattress to fit our conversation van. We were given a recommendation for our desired comfort. A couple of weeks later, it was ready for pickup. When we got it, it had the wrong color of cover. “No problem!”, was the response and the right one arrived 2 days later at no extra charge. We have had the mattress for several years now using it for several 6+ week trips, and it still feels as great as when we first received it.

I have a autistic/non-verbal teen boy. And the bed wetting mattress was a serious game changer! I would give 100 stars if I could! Trust me from one mommy of a special needs child to another you won’t regret getting this! Also I called them because I had a few questions about zippers and what not on the mattress and they told me that when I decide to replace his mattress to give them a call and they could make a custom one for him!

John, I understand that you didn't know who I was when I walked in, I had only been there twice before, BUT when someone walks in , seems to know his way around, and asks for a specific employee by name, the answer should not be "He is working". Other than that, great job. The upholstery in the Airstream looks great I have already recommended you to someone else.

I am 6' 280 lbs. (I'm big boned...no really) I've slept extremely well on this mattress.

Had mattress made for our semi truck to OUR softness level. And it worked great. Then we switched vehicles and they were kind enough to redo the whole thing to fit the new vehicle. And they did it in short order. When situation come up again to get a new mattress they’re getting our business.

Everything was as described! Fast ship. I ordered 5” thick foam. No smell, the heavy outer nylon cover very durable. Overall very pleased, worth extra $$ for quality & made USA!!
