Never received my product.
Placed an order, waited almost 3 weeks with no response. I decided to email them to ask what's going on and they cancelled my order and issued a refund. Very bad business who clearly are drop shipping and don't actually hold any stock. Unreliable. Do not trust these people with your money. I thought I'd just lost $150 until they refunded me

Lack of communication regarding order
placed an order however after some time had passed, I sent an email enquiring about the status of my order, as I had not received any follow-up emails regarding shipping. To date, I have sent several emails asking about my order however I have received NO response from anyone from this company.

The 1 star is based more on customer…
The 1 star is based more on customer service. My daughter bought me this as a christmas present, so when i came to open it, the inflatable top ring had a hole where it had been folded. I repaired it twice with the kit they sent with it, and it just popped off. I contacted the company asking for help, there reply was. Its been over 30 days. No returns. For a start i didnt want to return it, i just want help to properly mend it or swop it. THERE IS SUPPOSED TO BE A 1 YEAR GURANTEE WITH IT. Which seems not to be the case.
