Julian responded to my email promptly and verified everything had arrived as expected.
I had to verify the items were not suppose to arrive frozen and Julian responded to my email very quickly within 30 minutes confirming everything was good to go and I can freeze and use as needed. When you buy premium products having someone to verify everything is as it should be helps me know I got what I paid for. That’s the type of customer service every business should strive to provide. I look forward to ordering more from Nordic catch in the near future.

Perfect and Delicious!
Arrived on time, perfectly packed. Product is beautiful. Quality is top notch. My cat adores the pet treats!
