Habe Abonnement bei Nordicalab nach dem ersten Monat gekündigt, trotzdem werden mir seither jeden Monat immer wieder 28€ abgebucht und ich kann es nicht aufhalten. Habe nun mein Konto bei Paypal gekündigt um weitere Abbuchungen zu verhindern.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, hiermit fechte ich den angeblichen Vertrag über ein Abonnement mit der Bestellnummer [falls vorhanden] vorsorglich wegen arglistiger Täuschung und Irrtums an. Hilfsweise erkläre ich den Widerruf und die fristlose Kündigung. Beim Kauf der Testauswertung für 1,95 € war zu keinem Zeitpunkt klar und transparent ersichtlich, dass ich ein kostenpflichtiges Abonnement über 39,95 € abschließe. Die Gestaltung Ihrer Bestellseite verstößt gegen die gesetzliche Button-Lösung. Ich fordere Sie auf: Das vermeintliche Abonnement mit sofortiger Wirkung zu beenden und mir dies schriftlich zu bestätigen. Die unberechtigt abgebuchten Beträge in Höhe von August 2026 und September 2026 [jeweils einen Betrag von 39,95 € insgesamt 79,90 Euro innerhalb von 7 Tagen auf mein Zahlungskonto bei Paypal zurückzuerstatten. Sollten Sie dieser Aufforderung nicht nachkommen, werde ich den Fall an den Verbraucherschutz übergeben und rechtliche Schritte einleiten.

Ich habe einmalig einen Test gekauft, daraus wurde eine 39,99€ Abo Falle. Leider habe ich es erst nach dem zweiten Monat bemerkt. Für einen Monat habe ich zwar eine Rückerstattung erhalten, für den zweiten Monat aber nicht.

NordicaLabs (aka NordicaLab on Paypal, Trynourix in german, Nordicslabs, and Testlibrary on Youtube) is stealing our money on Paypal and Paypal appears to be complicit! Getting the charge reversed by Paypal is a monumental task. No success that I am aware of. I willfully paid $1.95 for the score of an IQ test that I took on Youtube. The test was free, the score cost $1.95. I paid it through Paypal which I then considered safe. I now know that my IQ score was inflated because I was such a BOOB to fall for this FRAUD and THEFT! The swine then added a $39.95 charge for NOTHING. No service ordered or received, just a pay me. (meets the definition of robbery!) We the victims should file a class action lawsuit against NordicaLabs and Paypal for this. Someone please open an account like 'NordicaLabs Class Action'. We'll gladly testify!
