1 star is too generous, like everyone else indicated, this is a SCAM. Wish I would have looked into this company before trying their on line quiz for $1.95 and subsequently getting charged without consent.

Cancelled before the week was up but they still took my £39.95. I only happened to notice a few weeks later that hit had been debited without my consent. Thankfully I have raised it with them and they gave refunded the payment. Let's hope they don't try the same again next month. Don't do it!

they set up a fake billing agreement, then after a few months billed me for $55 via PayPal. PayPal were completely unhelpful and refused to refund the unauthorized payment. Stay far away from this company

I suspected this was a scam due to the generic, vague "results." I did not at any time create an account or agree for a membership or subscription. There was NO "fine print" at all. Only after getting the email with the "results" did I suspect them, because the word "membership" was used. That is why I first went on PayPal and cancelled recurring payments (which would definitely have occurred), and then created an account on the Nordicalab site and then deleted the account. Just to make sure, I emailed customer service to confirm that the account was deleted. This is a gigantic SCAM!
