Yes, along with all the other reviews - this company took an initial £1.95 and somehow used this payment to set up a monthly direct debit of £39.95. Easily resolved at the bank and Paypal if you notice it in time, but obviously time consuming, and for those who don't notice the payment going to this fraudulent company, possibly costly.

Ich habe sofort ein Widerrufsmail (14 tägiges EU-Rücktrittsrecht!) & den Paypal-Kauferschutz genutzt und mein gesamtes Geld - zum Glück - sehr schnell zurückgezahlt bekommen. Lasst die Finger davon!!

This company uses a very unethical, deceptive billing practice. When I thought I was just agreeing to download a test for under two Euros, I received confirmation that I had signed up for a 7-day trial which would then lead to monthly subscription. It was then impossible to cancel the subscription on their website, despite having a profile there. When I contacted "customer service," I had several interactions with a chatbot named "Ella," who claimed there was no subscription. After having sent a screenshot of the PayPal purchase, the chatbot was able to cancel my subscription. I am still skeptical as to whether or not the next charge will appear on my account within a week. If I see a charge, I will be filing an official report against them. Stay away from this predatory company!

Basically the same experience everyone else is reporting. At no point during what I now recognize as the onboarding process did they mention a US$39.95 monthly subscription, but the red flag should've been the initial request for $1.95 for the results of what they advertised on Facebook as a "free" quiz. It's worth mentioning that they aren't allergic to issuing refunds, but it's better that you don't put yourself in the position to have to ask for one.

They offer you a psychological test only to later withdraw money for a subscription. In the check for the test they did not mention their 'introduction period' and a recurring payment of €39.95. They immediate refund your money once you complain. To me their business model seems targeted at the people that don't keep track of their subscriptions and online orders.
