I had the same experience as others here. Do not trust them, it's a kind of scam.

It’s a scam. They did not notify me about chargers or recurring charges. I left the website once I realized it had a fee and I did not press continue.

Exactly the same as others have said - I was also conned. The website is test library and if you log in you can contact them which I did straight away. Also email paypal nordicalab.com and request a refund. I was refunded by doing this.

Site frauduleux, il vous propose un test QI en ligne pour 1,95€. Mais la suite : il vous préleve 39,95€ par mois je ne sais même pas pour quelle prestation, leur email est en langue étrangère. Je fais une demande de litige sur le site de paiement PayPal afin d' obtenir le remboursement du 1er prélèvement. Pour conclure : site à fuir

C'est du scam, le site ne mentionne pas que c'est un abonnement et vous débite après 7 jours.

I took a personality test online through a Company called Test Library and at the end of a series of questions and answers, I was asked for £1.95 to receive my test results to my email. I paid £1.95 via Paypal and I then received my test results and thought no more about it. Suddenly a week later, Paypal inform me that £39.95 is being requested from my account from a Company called Nordicalab. I queried this and found out I had inadvertently been signed up for £39.95 every 4 weeks for some kind of subscription. I realised I had been drawn into a scam. I have since found out one of my friends has also fallen into the same trap and all the other people writing reviews on here. I am in the process of trying to get a refund via Paypal and my bank. I hope we all get our money back as these scammers are getting more and more clever and they need to be stopped. We work hard for our money and times are hard enough. I hope all these reviews will save others from going through the same awful experience.

I would give a review if -10 if possible. I clicked on a link accidentally and have had £39.95 taken out of my account on 2 occasions. I have emailed the company 4 times requesting cancellation and the fees refunding, however, apart from 1 response initially the company are now not replying to my email's. The next step will be to speak directly to my bank, or cancel the bank account the subscription is being taken from. This company is corrupt, avoid at all cost!!!

Abzocke, die werden erst 1,95€ abheben. Es wird dann wöchentlich eine Zahlung von fast 40€ abgehoben. Abofalle des Abonnement! Nicht erkennbar! Ich habe es löschen können und stornieren können. Passt auf euch auf!
