I signed up for an online quiz which was 1.95 but have now been charged 39.99 for two months subscription which I never signed up for. This is a scam.

I would give zero if i could. Misleading business processes. Lure you in with a cheap offer which they do not mention a subsciption. You get a follow up email that says you are signed up for a subscription and they will take 39.95 monthly starting 2 days later. DO NOT USE.

I don't know why I forgot to check if the website was trustworthy (as I usually do). It is NOT; they took money without my consent! Thieves. An honest company always sends a notification beforehand; they simply took the money and sent a payment notification without my permission. I’ve reported them to PayPal now; if they don't refund my money, I’ll have to take legal action, because from what I’ve seen, this has happened to many people.

I ordered a 6 month supply of a supplemental patch. I did not sign up for a subscription. The patch did not work as promised. I threw out the rest. Six months after the first purchase, I was charged for a new purchase of the same. I had used Paypal, and when I was checking transactions, I saw the charge. I went to paypal resolution center. I gave them as much info as I had. They asked for a billing agreement. I did not have one. I asked for a copy from them if they did have one. Paypal ruled in the sellers favor. I am out over $100 and I cannot find the original website to even see if they snuck in a subscription in the fine print. So... am I going to keep getting these useless shipments?
