Very decitful on charges. Not clear minimal charge was approved and then large amount appears. Trying to cancel a subscription where I do not even have an account on their website.

Abo Falle. Ohne jegliche Bestellung werden 39.95 abgebucht!!!

Bei Bestellung war nicht klar dass man bei Zahlung der 1,95 ein Abo abschließt. Allerdings habe ich die über Paypal berechneten 39,95 nach direktem Kontakt mit der Firma innerhalb 15 Minuten zurück bekommen

Leider kann ich allen anderen Personen, die bereits Bewertungen abgegeben haben, nur zustimmen. Dieses Unternehmen ist absolut unseriös - klassisches Abo-Fallen-Thema ohne erkennbarem Hinweis für den Verbraucher! Es wäre sehr schön, wenn ein Zahlungsdienstleister wie paypal aufgrund sicherlich zahlreicher Beschwerden reagiert und nicht mit dieser Art von Unternehmen zusammenarbeitet!

On 3rd August 2026 I completed an IQ test online for a charge of $1.95 which I paid for via PayPal, I got immediate verification from PayPal. On 10th August, I noted a charge of $54.95 on my bank statement from the same company (NORDICALAB) for a "TestLibrary", which I did not request, do not want and have no intention of using. My Bank has advised me that this is a scam where there is something hidden in the small print which I have inadvertently signed up for and they have advised me to cancel my credit card to avoid future charges and they will try and get me a refund. I note on the internet numerous complaints about this company - NORDICALAB for this exact same scam. This type of scam, I understand is known as a subscription trap or free-trial scam, for which this company is obviously repeatedly guilty, judging by the number of complaints but still they continue with it. I have requested a reimbursement of my $54.95 for services/tests not requested.

SCAM. Even if you cancel your subscription immediately on the same day as paying for your personality test(s), they will automatically charge your paypal/ credit card. Then when you try to stop that, they claim you have no account. I had to cancel my creditcard, and it pisses me off so much, because I read these reviews and thought - "I can cancel, and I just did; what's the problem?" - no, you're not smarter than these scam artists. Go somewhere else for your personality tests, please!
