Scam, SCAM. Charges for things you did not authorize.

Horrific I did not subscribe to something o could never use and attempts to cancel you can’t get through on phone and the web help doesn’t go through . Finally after tracing 5 payments taken on PayPal 4 at around £40 I demanded a refund They have so far refunded the current pending payment say can’t trace others I’ve clearly sent them the history and so far no more refunds but am expecting a full refund of a scam or blatant ignoring of any communication

SUBSCRIPTION SCAM: I paid $1.95 for a test through 'MyTraitProfile', where I was later charged $49.95 for a subscription that I unknowingly signed up for (in the very fine print). Very deceitful. The charge shows up under 'Nordicalab'. I paid via paypal, who didn't dispute the charge or offer a refund. I reached out directly to the company and demanded a full refund, of which they processed 30 minutes later. They are very quick to refund when called out. Super scamy!

Complete scam. They offer psychological tests for a ridiculously low fee (how good can it be for less than $5?) and then sneak in the recurring fee or $39.95. Paypal is a partner to process fees ..so beware!

I have received nothing usable from this company it uses trick methods when you pay initial small cost for ongoing payments so please check thoroughly as I thought I had not agreed with any further payment you need to cancel with PayPal in ongoing transactions it’s another scam you don’t need to be caught with I have never had a further email from nordicalab until I saw payment removed from my bank be careful

Son unos ESTAFADORES. Pague a través de PAY PAL un informe de 1,95 € y a la semana siguiente me han cargado a través de PAYPAL 49,95 €. No se como lo han hecho, estoy tratando de ponerme en contacto con paypal.

Für alle die sich fragen, wie man diese Abofalle kündigen kann, hier ist der Mustertext der an "hello @ nordicalab.com" (alles zusammen schrieben ) geschickt werden muss: Betreff: Sofortiger Widerruf und Kündigung – [Ihre registrierte E-Mail-Adresse / Transaktions-ID] ​Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, ​hiermit widerrufe ich den angeblichen Abonnementvertrag mit sofortiger Wirkung fristgerecht nach § 355 BGB. Bei der Buchung des Tests für 1,95 € war für mich nicht transparent erkennbar, dass ein kostenpflichtiges Folgeabonnement in Höhe von 39,95 € abgeschlossen wird. ​Hilfsweise erkläre ich die Anfechtung wegen Täuschung/Irrtums sowie die außerordentliche und vorsorglich ordentliche Kündigung zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt. ​Ich entziehe Ihnen hiermit jegliche Einzugsermächtigung und fordere Sie auf, mir die Kündigung sowie den Eingang dieses Schreibens unverzüglich schriftlich zu bestätigen. ​Mit freundlichen Grüßen [Ihr Vor- und Nachname] Zusätzlich müsst ihr in eurem PayPalkonto Zahlungen im Einzugsverfahren kündigen bzw. Die Verknüpfung löschen, damit keine weiteren Zahlungen mehr abgebucht werden können. Dazu geht ihr in der PayPal App auf euer Profilbild, dann Abonnements dann auf verknüpfte Unternehmen und dort kann man die Verknüpfung löschen. Die Avofalle ist nicht rechtens und wird somit auch binnen kurzer zeit per Mail bestätigt, zusätzlich könnt ihr dann diese Bestätigung screenshoten und eudh so auch das Geld über PayPal zurückholen.
