Es una página de estafa, te hacen cargos sorpresa fraudulentos y si le pides a Paypal una revisión, se ponen de su lado, This is a SCAM web

Lo que suele ocurrir es que una tarifa inicial da comienzo a una prueba de corta duración, que se convierte automáticamente en una suscripción recurrente si no se cancela antes — sentimos que esto no haya quedado claro.
