Just ordered the advertised product but the check out process was difficult due to the many “add on” items they offered and I had to decline.

Paid for an item for £39 then another payment of £109 has come out I’ve emailed and sent photos of me cancelling these as they have been sent to the wrong address and everytime I email they come back with I cannot locate an order with this email address

Scam! They initially charge you with a small fee for very bad product and then they charge you a subscription fee of 34 euro per month. When you initially buy the product, the subscription element is not clear. I emailed them to ask for a refund for the months after, and they refuse, claiming it's in the smalle print you are effectively stepping into a subscription. FRAUDS!
