When you initially contacted our support team regarding the dimming concern, we advised that these lights require a compatible dimmer to function properly and recommended a specific dimmer model to help resolve the issue. We were then contacted again approximately two months later regarding flickering. As outlined in our return and replacement policy (https://nooklights.com/refund_returns/), replacements unfortunately cannot be issued in this case because it is beyond the return and replacement timeframe. Based on the information provided, the flickering issue is not caused by the lights themselves but is related to the dimmer being used. As mentioned previously, these lights require a compatible dimmer to operate correctly. We recommend using the dimmer we suggested earlier, as this typically resolves flickering and dimming issues. Our lights have been thoroughly tested with compatible dimmers and perform reliably when paired with the correct one. As part of our support process, we suggested trying a different charging cable to rule out a common charging issue and requested a short video so we could properly assess the problem. This helps us verify faults quickly and ensure we can provide the right solution. Regarding the website, the lamps were removed because we are no longer selling lamps and have since delisted that entire category. However, we continue to support and assist all customers who previously purchased lamps from us. We want to clarify that not all of our products are UL listed, and we clearly indicate on each product page—in both the description and specifications—whether a product is UL certified. The item you purchased was not advertised as UL listed, which is why it did not come with that certification. Regarding returns, we offer a 14-day free return policy.
