Don’t waste your money on the cams , I subscribe to two cams , after week 10 days they stop recording to upload to view so you get no notification that it’s packed up nothing till you go and test it , it’s absolutely useless do not waste a single penny to these muppets . Customer service is non existent save you money and shop elsewhere.

This company NOOIE sells a defective product and does not provide any service. Also they don't do full refunds. Do not buy goods from them if you do not want to be deceived.

I was very happy with my Nooie cam until I needed customer service. They are non-existent. I had issues with the cam not recording anything since I downgraded my Nooie cloud to the “record events only” subscription. Almost a month with several emails and no reply I have cancelled my subscription.

Brilliant baby monitor We bought the 360 camera and it's perfect for our toddler. It has motion tracking too which is handy as he moves about alot. The camera is easy to set up and linked to your phone. I love the 2 way sound. We sometimes speak to our toddler in the morning to say we are up too and he loves that. You can also save photos and videos. With the right plan it constantly records. Would buy again as we have just had our 2nd baby. Thanks Nooie

I would never buy from this company again. The customer service is non-existent. I bought a Nooie Cam 360 2 during their recent sale because it is half off, but after the purchase I found out it will not work with my current internet provider. There is no phone number to call so I emailed the only support email they have. For days I kept getting AI responses saying the order would be cancelled, or that I had to email customer support but every time I asked what that email was I wouldn’t get a reply. Finally I got a response from customer service in the middle of the night days later explaining that if it hadn’t shipped they would cancel the order. Conveniently the order shipped out at 1am that night, two hours before I received the email. Now they are telling me that I will need to pay return shipping, as they cannot provide me a label. They didn’t even give me return info what so ever. I’m attempting to get ahold of management but haven’t heard back. It has been the most frustrating experience.

Terrible smart plugs. Keep loosing connection and then won't connect. Cannot be found on my network. Emailed customer service and never got a response. Don't waste your money.

It is really bad... Just updating firmware bricked the camera. Sometimes it will destroy SD cards you put it... Its a nightmare I have spent months working with support (who are very nice and sent me a replacement camera) but in the end the product is just trash
