NOOD is dedicated to offering premium quality pet food that remains accessible in terms of cost. We take pride in being transparent about the ingredients we use, ensuring that your pet receives complete and balanced nutrition. Our recipes prominently feature real meat as the primary ingredient, along with a selection of superfoods, prebiotics, vitamins, and minerals. If you're in the process of transitioning your pet to NOOD, it's important to do so gradually over a span of 10 days. If your pet displays reluctance, consider an even slower transition, introducing NOOD progressively over a couple of weeks. If your pet has previously enjoyed NOOD but is now exhibiting disinterest, it might be worthwhile to consider their overall health. Hi there, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about our new recipes. The changes made to our recipes have focused on improvements to ingredient quality, while also ensuring we can provide 100% traceability of every ingredient. Every ingredient can now be traced back to source via the QR code on the back of the packaging. We have also improved the quality of the protein sources, with all recipes now including Cage-Free Chicken, Grass-Fed Beef or Sustainably Sourced Salmon, while remaining free of any artificial colours, flavours or preservatives. Optimizations have been made to the vitamins and minerals to improve nutrient balance, and carbohydrate sources for some recipes have been adjusted to more digestible forms. In addition, all dry recipes now include probiotics and our wet food recipes now contain prebiotic strains to support digestion. We're so sorry to hear Ralph is not enjoying our new recipes.
