Makes my cat really ill with urinary issues, first time I thought stress was the trigger as I couldnt put it down to anything else but having tried nood again I've realised it's the dry biscuit/recipe causing the issue, he has no symptoms on any other food eaten to date except nood chicken biscuits. First time round he became really ill quickly he'd been eating nood for around 5 days and needed vet care, 2nd time round I've realised and eliminated the biscuits. Thankfully after 2 days he's back to himself before the discomfort & inflammation became serious.

Hi, I have two cats and had bought the noods dry cat food(chicken) and ever since then they both have been throwing up their food. I wanted to try this a a replacement since it was more budget friendly and seemed quite good. But honestly shocked they have been sick from it for over 2 weeks. I wouldn't recommend this

Je voulais acheter des coquettes plus saines, sans céréales et plus de viande. Résultat mon chien n’aime pas trop, il est malade, maux de ventre, diarrhée carabinée depuis 2 semaines, démangeaisons. Bref poubelle Nood

Bonjour, j'ai pris récemment la marque Nood pour ma chienne (pinscher) . Elle n'a pas du tout aimé les croquettes au poulet, elle tournait autour de la gamelle et mettait un moment avant de commencer à manger. J'ai changé pour le boeuf , ça été un peu mieux mais pas non plus de son goût visiblement. J'ai tout de même insisté à lui servir ces croquettes et là depuis 3 semaines elle se démange sans arrêt. Après l'avoir amenée chez le vétérinaire, et après plusieurs analyses et différents traitements, les réactions cutanées sont dues à l'alimentation. Bizarrement cette marque n'est plus vendue là où je l'achetai, puis je savoir si d'autres personnes ont vu un soucis de fortes démangeaisons de leurs chiens ?

I will start with, 'for once, I wished I had checked Trustpilot before buying the product'. I have two cats and have had cats almost forever, so pretty certain I know more or less anything about them. They enjoy their current food and I always buy a good premium brand. I was in my local supermarket recently and noticed the NOOD brand with its attractive packaging and claims to be a premium product. So I bought a pack to give my two a try on something different. They are not overly fussy and will in the end find a way of eating most food stuffs offered to them. Well my first impression after opening the NOOD product, was it didn't smell that good but cast that thought aside and offered a quantity to my cats. They didn't even give it a chance, not even to lick the gravy, which as any cat owners know, is odd. Well over the following few days tried again and the same reaction, completely uninterested. There is clearly something they find unpleasant about it. As NOOD was purporting to represent a premium pet food item, I honestly thought they would be interested in my feedback. Their response was quite generic and almost scientific in that it should be offered gradually. They are missing the point, the gradual introduction moreso relates to reducing upset stomach. Gradual or not, my two would reject this food in any case. No offer of any refund etc or goodwill. The response in my opinion was devised by a non pet owner. Product in question was Premium Dinners with Chicken in gravy. So from my observations and opinion, I do not recommend this product.

Bonjour, Je me permets de vous contacter ce jour, voilà bientôt plusieurs mois que je donne vos croquettes à mon chien. Aujourd’hui, j’ai dû la conduire en urgence chez le vétérinaire, car cette dernière présentait des symptômes inquiétants depuis presque 48h à savoir vomissements de billes, diarrhées violentes. Verdict du vétérinaire: formation d’un calcul à la vésicule biliaire dû à l’alimentation. Alimentation que sont vos croquettes !! Je précise que mon chien était en excellent forme jusque lors, et que grâce à l intervention rapide et professionnelle de notre vétérinaire, notre chien se rétablit peu à peu. Sur conseils de notre avocate, nous allons saisir dans un premier temps l’association 60 millions de consommateurs, et par la suite nous allons revenir vers vous afin de porter réclamation et dans la mesure du possible demander des dommages et intérêts. Nous avons déboursé 206€ ce jour en urgence, la vie de notre chien n’a certes pas de prix à nos yeux et nous aurions payé cent fois plus s’il le fallait, mais le fait est là, nous avons fais confiance à vos produits et nous avons d’ailleurs trouvé étrange que du jour au lendemain ces derniers ne soient plus commercialisés dans notre magasin Carrefour habituel.
