SCAM is the best way to describe this company.

Horrible customer service. I would give NO stars if I could, I was told it would be easy to cancel if my dog didn't like food. Several phone calls ( left message no response yet) 4 E-mails and again NO response. Also billed me before I even received the food and are trying to bill me agian for more food that my dog hasn't even tried yet.

ast delivery date. When I phoned customer service, I was told a replacement order would be sent and they’ll ensure this wouldn’t happen again. They had no answer when I asked how they would ensure this commitment as I’ve been told this the last two times. Keep in mind: food was to be delivered on Wednesday - NomNom won’t replace order until Friday and won’t ship it until Tuesday for delivery Wednesday (if I’m lucky) I have no dog food for a week! He’s going to have an upset belly resulting in diarrhea. This company doesn’t understand customer service or appreciate the value of loyalist. There are other options, luckily.

I can't even imagine how this company is in business. I waited for an interminable amount of time to get a shipment of food for my cat. When I finally got a tracking number it said, "pending." It's food!!! So I called the company, again waited and waited on hold, finally, a tape came on saying go on the website. Took over 24 hours for a response and another 24 hours for them to say they were sending a replacement. So now the replacement arrived-the food was HOT, the box crushed, the dry ice evaporated. Seriously, this is the first go-round and the last. My dog loves Farmer's Dog. Their customer service is impeccable. "Nom Nom" seems like they are playing business. Never again!

I've been using Nom Nom for almost two years, but recently had to canceled by account because of delivery and packing issues. My food was consistently arriving thawed and warm because they would ship it with gel packs and it would sit on delivery docks for days. I would call and complain and customer service would reissue a new delivery but the same would happen. The food would arrive thawed and warm. You cannot ship food with gel packs that thaw within hours and expect that to work. I don't know why they stopped using dry ice. I never had an issue when the food was shipped with dry ice. Also, one of my deliveries cat food was sent instead of dog food. Which forced me to cook fresh food for my dogs until they could get me the right shipment. My dog treats would consistently be missing from my order. I just got tired of the screw ups and that seemed to be happening with every delivery. I chose to cancel my account and find a new source because I lost trust in Nom Nom. I would not recommend using Nom Nom.

Never received the product. Delivery was delayed over a weekend so product was completely ruined. It was destroyed and not delivered. I never received any notification from nomnom about it. Can not reach them on the phone no matter how many times I've called and waited on hold. Eventually it tells me to leave a voicemail. What kind of company can’t bother to answer their phone during business hours? Non-existent customer service. I will never order anything from that outfit again. They haven’t responded to my inquiry about the order nor refunded my money. Now I have to go through the process of disputing the charge with MasterCard. This company is not worth the aggravation. Buyer beware!

The food is nothing looks like all of the pictures on Nom Nom's SNS and all of review that on Instagram. The first bag I opened was more rice than chicken, so I wrote comment on Nom Nom's Instagram, unfortunately instead answering my concern they just deleted my comment! because of afraid other people see that I commented rice is more than protein. Very dishonest, I believe most their good reviews are fake. Also after I emailed them about the action they did on their Instagram were very dishonest and question about the amount of protein, they wrote me back: [ Starting out, our Turkey, Pork, and Beef recipes will include more ground meat than potatoes (by weight). Then after being gently cooked, the protein and the potatoes weigh nearly the same (the protein still weighs slightly more than the potatoes). As you'd expect, the potatoes will swell as they absorb the moisture from the surrounding fresh ingredients. The ground meat will cook down; so 25 grams of gently cooked beef looks to be much less than 25 grams of gently cooked potatoes. Each ingredient is prepared at the temperature required to ensure the nutrients are maintained. ] Clearly that meant, Grain + Vaggies are more than meat, If I want feed my dogs rice and veggies I would just feed them my human organic meal. Nom Nom should learn about dog food before they making it.

Sent us food for cats instead of for dogs! Custom service did not provide a solution and we had to cancel because we cannot trust this company anymore. Eating cat food is bad for dog's liver and kidney. This is a serious mistake. Buyers beware.
