My little Button and I really like and see that Nom Nom has made a difference in her physical and mental appearance. The one thing that Nom Nom doesn't advertise that I have noticed is the fact that her poop doesn't have an odor. The only negative feedback that I have is the price of the treat. The 8 ounce package is the same price of a 32 ounce package of over the counter treats. On a positive note Button really enjoys the taste.

I have an extremely picky eater. I figured we would give this company a try. My dog ate the food at first then just stopped eating it. I reached out to the company to get some advice. I was shocked that one I got a response within less than an hour and two it was an actual person I was conversing with😳Although it didn’t work out for my dog (due to stomach issues, not their food) I will say the food looks and smells amazing! Super fresh, great quality, such an affordable price. They also have so many different options as far as size and food selection. It’s a win win for everyone. I hope to use them again in the future.

NomNom team represent the high bar in customer experience for any merchant I have dealt with. They are responsive and take care of any items as needed and without delay. Review of Customer Support: INCREDIBLE. We're currently in a quarantine situation and in a time when everyone is uncertain about what happens next, Chelsea was simply wonderful. She listened and work to resolve my issue. Review of Food: My dog jumps up and down and can't wait to eat. I've never seen her get so excited to eat. The food is fresh, edible for humans (which is great) and natural/good for her. One comment is the packaging can sometimes be tricky to open but it is sealed airtight, which is what really matters.
