I like how easy it is to manage my orders on line. My dog loves this food so that makes me very happy. Although the way they pack it rubber band together is not convenient, I just set it on the counter and after about 20 minutes I can pull the packs apart and they're still frozen. I bought a small freezer for my garage and that's where Duke's food is stored. Problem solved.

My pup is a super picky eater. He had an incident with pancreatitis, so I knew his diet had to be high quality and low fat going forward. After doing a lot of research, NomNom seemed to be the best. He absolutely loves it and gets super excited at mealtimes! He licks the bowl clean every time, and doesn’t get bored with the chicken and turkey options. Thanks for that, he’s doing great!
