Terrible, unethical company. Was a customer for months, my cat loved their food. All of the sudden our food shipment doesn't arrive right as we are running out of food. I look into it and it's as if they never sold a cat product. No email, no alert, nothing, total rug pull. Now my cat is being swapped to a new diet without her having any time to adjust, and it's very hard to find her a food she likes. I wouldn't trust them with my pet again.

Nom nom is a horrible company. Do not trust that they will deliver your dogs food on time. Don’t trust that they will ship everything you paid for. Count ever order you receive because they will cheat you out of meals

I have already had to unsubscribe from this company's emails twice. They send unsolicited spam. I have no idea where they got my email address and how they know I have dogs. This is just disreputable advertising.

While my dogs love this food, half of my orders have arrived at unsafe temperatures. They also send the turkey in large chunks and my 8lb dog choked and could have died. Their only response to delivering food at unsafe temperatures of over 50 degrees, was a recommendation for me to pay for overnight shipping. Their support team tells customers that food is safe as long as it is cool to the touch and to go ahead and feed it to your animals. This is false information and dangerous. I have reported the company to the FDA and the BBB. Do not buy this product.

Please continue to give a week in advance of notice that the product will be in production. You guys just started charging my card without letting me know. Where I had plenty of food still in my freezer.

I ordered food for my 2 cats and 1 year old dog. The cats would not touch the food. I tried it cold. Tried warming it. Tried adding tuna. Tried letting them skip a meal. My dog on the other hand ate it and I noticed her coughing a little after eating but wasn't sure it was related to the food and now after several days of eating it she is throwing up. I now have a months worth of frozen food I have to throw out...

I switched from another fresh food service to Nom Nom and have only been disappointed. The trial delivery was late and now my first delivery is also late (will be 5 days late if it actually gets delivered). Customer service is not very well informed and clearly is only capable of reading from a pre-written script. Will be switching back to the former company. Do better Nom Nom.

Their customer service is horrible.. my 1st box arrived on time…the 2nd box was lost in transit… I get it not their fault. Took another week to get the replacement that was lost in transit.. oh and PS They wanted to charge me for the box that was lost…. I had to talk to 2 folks there to get a replacement…Then they only sent me 14 days worth of food instead of an entire month.. when I called customer service they told me it would be ANOTHER WEEK to get more food delivered… so was my dog not supposed to eat for that week? Nothing there is organized…. How to you tell Me You’re sending a 1 month supply of food and per the plan on the site it shows they only sent me 14 days worth of meals… The call was disconnected after I was holding and no one ever got back to me after the call was dropped.. I immediately cancelled my service. Based on this I would NOT RECOMMEND this company at ALL!
