My dogs love the food. They both needed to loose some weight. They have lost 2.5 pounds so far and are each 16.5 pounds. My goal is to get down to 14-15 pounds.

My dog eats NomNom some days and others he smells and walks away. I try toppers but he often eats the toppers. I keep hoping he will eat it regularly. I usually put it under a hot stream of water to warm it a little. He often eats it if I put a portion next to fresh prepared chicken, rice, carrots, green beans and blueberries.

Easy to register and order. Changing the contents of my order has also been very easy. I was disappointed that the turkey dinners are not available for my upcoming order but she is happy with the chicken.

Order process is good however out of stock on beef is a problem.

My dog definitely likes the food, but there isn't enough in the small bags to fulfill her appetite. Been having to feed her two bags a day which is getting expensive

Gunner loves his Nom Nom food. My only complaint is that it sometimes doesn’t arrive frozen

Overall, the dogs really love the food. One of them is gaining quite a bit of weight, even on half portions, so I am not sure we will continue it much longer. The biggest piece of feedback I have is in regards to the packaging. The rubber bands used to hold several packages together is both a nuisance, and wasteful. The rubber bands dig into the food packaging, causing it to freeze misshapen during shipping. Often, they are frozen onto the packaging, causing it to rip. Or, you end up popping yourself while trying to remove them. I definitely recommend doing away with this.
