Nom NomReviews of nomnomnow.com

Your food looks great! I have a very picky dog who is not food motivated. I have to mix NomNom with hamburger for her to eat it….anything to make her eat!

Packaging difficult to open and each order contained from one to three bags with punctures that were discarded for safety reasons. Despite notification to company, no response or offer to replace. Some products didn't pass the smell test and were discarded. Suspect the substandard quality control has to do with company being purchased by Mars Inc. earlier this year. Yes, that's the multinational food/candy corporation.

Have had two orders be late and one not show at all.

I liked the convenience and I loved that you can see chopped, real food. But it doesn’t smell like any of the ingredients written on the package, more like sweet vinegar. I also find the proportion potato to meat a bit too heavy on the potato. In the end, my dog wouldn’t touch the food anymore.

The delivery is fabulous, always on time and packaged well and they alert you when they start to prep it so you can quickly make changes if need be…the food is amazing, smells great and looks good. My dog has been on it now for 8 months and now suddenly doesn’t want to eat it anymore. I can’t figure it out. :( *I* would eat this stuff, it looks and smells so good…but he doesn't want to touch it anymore. Making me nuts and I guess I’ll have to cancel.

I had ordered the mini bags previously so thought would be same. Received the larger ones. Quality food is great, just didn’t know after making changes to mini bags last order, would stay consistent. How do I change next back to the mini half size portions?

I have received multiple bags that are not sealed. Once I put them in the refrigerator to thaw they leak. Not only is that very messy. But it concerns in regards to freshness. Not sure of the exact dates because as soon as the arrive. I place them in the freezer. It's not until they thaw out that we notice

So I tried Non Nom and Farmers Dog. Farmers Dog by far gets 5 stars. The package is easy to store and to open. NomNom is terrible in this aspect. It is bulky, and does not open like they say. Its more expensive and it is exactly the same ingredients, they even have the same flyer describing what you are getting. The difference in food is Farmers fog is more finer and NomNom is cubed. Farmers is at least $50 cheaper.
