Food is very fresh and smell even good! Packaging is well done and right on time deliveries. Our dog loves it and her level of energy and her coat have greatly improved. Very happy with Nom Nom.

i already wrote a review about this food and last time put 3/4 stars as this was my 1st time trying it and man oh man i was so wrong to put a low star like that because my senior dog, puppy and 1.5yr old dog absolutely love this food and i mean that they really do ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS FOOD i just give it to them with their dried food and next thing i know my senior dog is trying to finish their food because she wants more after she done swallowed the whole bowl!!!! lol my senior dog was the MOST ABSOLUTELY WORST PICKIEST EATER EVER IMAGINED!!!! she would eat food one day maybe a few days then she'd starve herself for long periods of days, to the point it drove me batsh*t nuts id have to add my food in it just for her to eat and even then she'd still barely eat it...but after getting nomnom, shes gained weight, her tumor hasn't grown back, and her ribs aren't showing like they used to...and yet shes still my picky @s$ eater because she wont touch her food w/o it mixed w/the nomnom in with it so yeah i wish i could put a video of her scarfing it down but unfortunately i cant but please take my word & my review its worth the 80 something dollars (after tax) in the stores for 3 packs of 25$ my senior dog has cancer and ever-since shes been eating this with her dry grain-free dog food shes been happier and healthier and so have i...alongside my other two that the second i pop it out and put it in the microwave to warm up to temp and have ready to serve, they are already all three inside their cages, waiting for breakfast and dinner to be delivered to them to scarf/swallow it down and beg for more...speaking of which i gotta go get more food anyways lol i'm already running out of their food and they are NOT going to be happy about this ahaha thank you so much nomnom for helping me not only feed my dog better quality food but maybe even prolonging my senior dog's life better to live with us even longer 5stars to nomnom...i am extremely satisfied overall with this product

My senior shih tzu stopped having an appetite after being an incredible eater for 12 years. It became super worrisome and we tried so many foods but she wouldn't eat them. Since switching to Nom Nom she eats like she did when she was younger and has energy like a puppy! Nom Nom really gave her a second wind and has greatly improved my little ones life!

So far I am loving this process and my dog loves the food! I noticed a bad review about the inconsistent weight of food and I learned today that they provide transition meals. So the first batch will contain half portions (the pork) and full portions (the turkey). My only note with shipping is, that I made the mistake of feeding my dog half portions as the sticker for the transition meals was laying at the bottom of the box by the time I got to the food. Maybe mark the transition meals with a heavy-duty band or place the transition meals in a separate bag within the package.
