My dogs love it! However, the packaging is messy and very hard to open. I can't NOT make a mess no matter how hard I try.

My dog doesn’t eat all the food and so I’m throwing quite a bit of it away. I have more food than I can use.

I like how easy everything is to set up and feed my dog. I don't like that I cannot add items in between scheduled deliveries and I especially don't like the way the food is packaged together for transport because it damages the individual packaging. When I warm up the food in water, as suggested, the packaging leaks out some of the food and water gets inside. Rubber banding the food together seems like a poor choice. You could use something that doesn't damage the package.

As I’ve stated before, the packaging is troublesome. Maybe 1 out of 8 the area where “peel here” works. The other times, just the label comes off. My pal likes the food, breath hasn’t improved, coat looks healthy.

My dogs used to devour their Nom Nom, but lately they barely touch it. Sometimes they just pick out all the sweet potatoes and leave them on the floor. To be honest, there seems to be more potato now than when we started. Did they change the recipe?

A month of food delivered all at once. For just a medium-sized dog this amounts to a very large amount of food that needs to be kept in the freezer for several weeks at a time. Unless you have a dedicated freezer, good luck storing anything else in it. Otherwise, very good food at a high cost.

It is kind of pricey. I canceled before cuz the price kept going up. And lately four or five different packages haven't been sealed properly so when I put them in the refrigerator they leak all over the drawer.

Sonnie loves the food , me on the other hand find it very difficult to open , to the point of frustration and so far I thought the chicken and turkey moisture content is too high , which makes it very messy to get out of the package completely.
